Welcome to Cerberus K9 Training. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and dog training services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

Cerberus K9 Training provides professional dog training services including but not limited to:

• Private 1-on-1 Training
• Puppy Starter Program
• Day Training
• Board & Train Programs
• Virtual Coaching
• Behavioral Modification

Specific services and scheduling are outlined in individual service agreements entered into between Cerberus K9 Training and each client.

Service Agreement

Booking and Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed service agreement.

• Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions at the trainer's discretion.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.

• Board & Train programs require a deposit to secure booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full credit toward future services or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 Hours: Session may be forfeited or rescheduling may not be available.

• No-Show: Session may be forfeited.

Our Commitment

• Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a session, please notify us within 48 hours and we will work to address your concerns.

• Board & Train deposits are fully refundable if cancellation occurs 7+ days before the program start date.

• We are committed to working with you to ensure your complete satisfaction with our training services.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your dog's training, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Disclose any known behavioral issues, health conditions, or history of your dog that may affect training.

• Follow Through: Practice techniques learned during training sessions consistently at home.

• Supervision: Remain present during all training sessions unless otherwise arranged.

• Health Disclosure: Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious illnesses.

• Proper Equipment: Bring your dog on a leash and have any required training tools available.

Limitation of Liability

• Injury: Clients assume all risk of injury to themselves, their pets, or third parties during training activities.

• Property Damage: Cerberus K9 Training is not responsible for any damage to property during training sessions.

• Training Results: While we are committed to achieving results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as each dog responds differently to training.

• Third Parties: Clients are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and any actions their dogs may take toward third parties.

Clients should consult with their own insurance providers regarding coverage for pet-related incidents.

Intellectual Property

• Training Materials: All training techniques, materials, and methodologies provided by Cerberus K9 Training are proprietary and protected.

• Client Use: Clients may use training techniques learned for their own pets but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize these methods.

• Website Content: All content on the Cerberus K9 Training website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Cerberus K9 Training and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Testimonials: By providing testimonials or reviews, you grant Cerberus K9 Training permission to use them for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
